Here are a few tips on how to start meditating.
Start small with just 1 to 3 minutes.
Try guided meditation.
Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes if you wish to, this can help you focus better.
Be open minded.
If your mind starts wandering, recognise it and return to focusing on your breathing.
Practice meditation everyday, as you go on you’ll be able to start doing it for longer periods of time.
